The Designers
Milliefiori is a family business run by Terry Wilson and Viv Li Hew with all the original items designed and hand produced by the husband and wife team.
Viv was trained in Jewellery and Silversmithing at Birmingham’s School of Jewellery, and Creative Embroidery at Halesowen College, West Midlands. Her work has received national recognition – winning prizes in the National Exhibitions ‘Search for a Jeanius’ competition (2003), and ‘Textiles in Focus’ (2003). Viv was also a finalist in the Charles Henry Foyle Trust Award for Stitched Textiles (2005) and has recently been nominated for a City and Guilds Medal of Excellence.
Terry is currently studying Jewellery and Silversmithing at the School of Jewellery. His impressive eye for detail and manual dexterity is put to good use in the design and production of Milliefiori’s range of polymer clay and aluminium jewellery.
Methods and Materials
Milliefiori design and hand produce jewellery, bags and accessories using a number of different materials and techniques.
The jewellery is produced using a wide range of materials and methods, including embroidered textile on metal, polymer clay cane, wood and resin and push moulds.
The handbags and other accessories are produced using different fabrics, some of which are handmade, and are then decorated using a number of techniques, such as heat transfers, screen prints, stencilling, digital stitching, embroidery and appliqué.

If you can't find what you're looking for in our product range, or you want a specially designed item, then Milliefiori can design and produce custom made jewellery and bags.
