Order Guide

How to Order

Browse the products using the left-hand navigation or by going to the Products section. When you see items that you wish to purchase simply click on the 'Add to Basket' button. You may continue to add items to your basket at any time as you browse through the product catalogue. When you have finished shopping, click on the 'View Basket' link from the top menu – all those products that you have added should appear.

When viewing the basket you may delete items by clicking the appropriate 'Remove' link. You may also update the quantity you wish to order by entering the required amount in the appropriate box, make sure to click the 'Update Basket' button to record your changes.

If you are happy with all of the items in your basket, then proceed to the checkout. Complete the form with your details and the delivery address and you will then be asked to select your payment option. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.

Note: If the product is available in multiple colours then you may need to specify this in the 'Product Options & Comments' box during the Checkout process. All products are bespoke, so if you do not see the colour or specification that you want listed, just ask.

Payment Methods

All prices are shown in UK pounds and include VAT.

Select from the following payment options on the order form:

  • Pay online using PayPal
  • Post a cheque / postal order

Paying by PayPal

Payment by PayPal online is quick, easy and secure. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment. Transactions take place via a secure server link (SSL) making use of the latest encryption technology.

Alternatively, if you would prefer not to pay online, you can use one of our other options:

Cheque

Complete the order form as before, selecting to pay by cheque. You will be informed of the order total including delivery cost. Please make cheques payable to T.Wilson, and post them to Milliefiori, PO BOX 13013, Birmingham, B16 6BH. Please note that payments by cheque will take an additional 3 days to process, as payment must be received before orders can be sent out.

Postal orders

Complete the order form as before, selecting to pay by postal order. You will be informed of the order total including delivery cost. Please post to Milliefiori, PO BOX 13013, Birmingham, B16 6BH. Payment must be received before orders can be sent out.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary according to the destination, delivery method selected, and the weight and number of items ordered. These charges are calculated and displayed in the checkout process prior to sending the order or asking for payment. Please note that minimum charges do apply for all delivery options.

We deliver via Royal Mail. In the UK you can choose between Recorded Signed For and Special Delivery Next Working Day, and for deliveries to Europe or the Rest of the World we use International Signed For.

Subject to availability orders will be received:

  • 2 – 5 working days after receipt of payment for the UK
  • 7 – 10 working days after receipt of payment for Europe (mainland)
  • 10 – 14 working days after receipt of payment for the Rest of the World

Due to the nature of the products and the fact that some products are made to order, it may be the case that the product that you have ordered is not always immediately available. If this is the case you will be informed by Milliefiori after your order has been received. Items take up to 28 days to produce but you can contact Milliefiori if you need the product urgently. Should you decide to cancel your order at this point and payment has already been made you will be given a full refund.

All orders will require a signature on delivery. In the event of no-one being at the address to take receipt of the order, Royal Mail will leave a card to inform the recipient of how they can re-arrange delivery or organise to collect their order.

Returns & Refunds

Milliefiori aims to provide you with the highest quality of goods and service. However, from time to time customers may need to return items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is faulty, you must firstly email info@milliefiori.co.uk or call +44 (0)121 4550906 to negotiate a return, and then return goods within 10 days of receipt. Any returned items must be unused. Please make a note of your name, address and order number when returning the item.

Customers will pay for return delivery. Items should be sent Recorded Signed For (UK) or International Signed For (Europe and Rest of World) to ensure that they are received.

Items can be exchanged or a refund can be issued, so please specify which you would like when returning your item.

Money can only be refunded to the card used for the original purchase if you paid by PayPal. Alternatively you will be issued with a cheque. You will receive this within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
