General
All items are handmade, and as such may vary slightly from the product images shown on the website. Every effort has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching is as accurate as possible. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and colour accuracy of the items on www.milliefiori.co.uk cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item you have ordered cannot be supplied then you will be informed as soon as possible.
Purchasing
Any order you place for products from Milliefiori is an offer by you to purchase such products (subject to these Terms and Conditions). An order is deemed to have been accepted by Milliefiori only when you receive an email confirmation to this effect from Milliefiori.
Milliefiori products are supplied strictly for direct customer use. Under no circumstances can our products be re-sold to a third party.
Acceptance of any order is at Milliefiori's sole discretion.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online via PayPal: All major credit and debit cards.
- Personal Cheques: Cheques should be made payable to T.Wilson and should be posted to Milliefiori, PO BOX 13013, Birmingham, B16 6BH.
- Postal Orders: Postal orders should be posted to Milliefiori, PO BOX 13013, Birmingham, B16 6BH.
Payment must be received before your order will be sent out. Please note that payments by cheque and postal order will take an additional 3 days to process.
All prices are shown in UK pounds and include VAT.
Security
All online transactions take place via a secure server link (SSL) making use of the latest encryption technology (Verisign Approved).
The trusted third party organisation PayPal (www.paypal.co.uk) is used to collect and process all Credit/Debit card information securely. This data is encrypted and stored in accordance with the highest industry standards, and PayPal makes use of the most sophisticated anti-fraud software.
As such, no record of Credit/Debit card information is kept on Milliefiori's records. This ensures maximum security.
Cookies
Milliefiori uses cookies to store information about your current session within the site. The information stored is generated by the web server and at no time is any of your personal information stored in cookies. All cookies are deleted from your browser upon leaving the site.
Delivery Details & Costs
Delivery charges vary according to the destination, delivery method selected, and the weight and number of items ordered. These charges are calculated and displayed in the checkout process prior to sending the order or asking for payment. Please note that minimum charges do apply for all delivery options.
We deliver via Royal Mail. In the UK you can choose between Recorded Signed for and Special Delivery Next Working Day, and for deliveries to Europe or the Rest of the World we use International Signed For.
Subject to availability orders will be received:
- 2 - 5 working days after receipt of payment for the UK
- 7 - 10 working days after receipt of payment for Europe (mainland)
- 10 - 14 working days after receipt of payment for the Rest of the World
Due to the nature of the products and the fact that some products are made to order, it may be the case that the product that you have ordered is not always immediately available. If this is the case you will be informed by Milliefiori after your order has been received. Items take up to 28 days to produce but you can contact Milliefiori if you need the product urgently. Should you decide to cancel your order at this point and payment has already been made you will be given a full refund.
All orders will require a signature on delivery. In the event of no-one being at the address to take receipt of the order, Royal Mail will leave a card to inform the recipient of how they can re-arrange delivery or organise to collect their order.
Returns & Refunds
Milliefiori aims to provide you with the highest quality of goods and service. However, from time to time customers may need to return items.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is faulty, you must firstly email info@milliefiori.co.uk or call +44 (0)121 4550906 to negotiate a return, and then return goods within 10 days of receipt. Any returned items must be unused. Please make a note of your name, address and order number when returning the item.
Customers will pay for return delivery. Items should be sent Recorded Signed For (UK) or International Signed For (Europe and Rest of World) to ensure that they are received.
Items can be exchanged or a refund can be issued, so please specify which you would like when returning your item.
Money can only be refunded to the card used for the original purchase if you paid by PayPal. Alternatively you will be issued with a cheque. You will receive this within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
